Many English words have different forms according to their function in a sentence.The word dangerously, for example is an adverb:its describes in what way an action is performed.In sentence b above, it is wrongly used to describe a person instead of an action. To describe the word 'driver' in this sentence, the adjective form dangerous must be used.
